This is the Brownsville Marina in northern Bremerton. I really wanted to show a light-airy scenery, almost like a dream or a day off. Whenever I felt stressed in the past this place mended my soul. With these photos I hope you can follow the journey to the water, following the paths that are built into this marina with me.

With this photo the blur of the fence with the pink hue almost gives this image a dream-like quality. The capture of the bird taking off was also extremely lucky on my behalf. It gives a great wide angle view of the marina.
Continuing on the path down to the water you can see the opening of a small walk way when the tide is low. It’s welcoming lighting provides a sense of security, close to someone opening their arms in an embrace.
Even further down there are these kayaks, I personally love this photo for it’s bright colors and the promise of adventure. When I’m in a low place these kayaks remind me that life is full of unexpected turns.
At last the glimpse of water that ironically grounds me. The horizontal uniform boat houses and masts lined up appease my chaotic thoughts.
